The OMEGA’s plant is a modern computer-integrated manufacturing which is located near Moscow. Our manufacturing plant is equipped with the Quality Management System according to the international standards ISO 9001:2008, and НАССР.Safety Management System and it has been certified by the auditing company “SGS-Vostok”.
The manufacturing plant consists of 4 divisions:
- Dehydrated foods making and packaging department
- Spread and liquid products making department
- Production laboratory
- Multi-building warehouse
The Company’s policy is to produce safe products of the stable quality ensured by the Quality & Safety Management Systems.
The integrated automatic management system maintains the control of all manufacturing processes at the plant from the compositions’ creation in the innovation division till the finished products distribution to customers. It makes possible to trace the background of each produced consignment at any time from the incoming raw materials and packages till finished products shipping.
The manufacturing plant is equipped with high-tech machining technique of the leading European companies that enables to manufacture the top quality production in the shortest possible time in accordance with the requirements of a customer.
We produce food ingredients, spice blends, flavours, semi-dried & pasty sauces and marinades for the food industry. .
The main principle of our work is the constant quality control of each production stage including all the technological operations. The quality control is monitored by the manufacturing laboratory that comprises physical - chemical and microbiological departments. The laboratory has been certified in the Federal Agency system of the technological regulation. Since autumn 2008 new chromatographic department of the laboratory has been launched that let effect close control of the incoming raw material and the finished products.
All OMEGA products have sanitary-hygienic certificates and certification of conformity. Local agencies of Russian Federal Consumer Rights Protection and Human Health Control Service survey the quality and the safety control of the production on the regular basis. The plant conforms to the international requirements and has been audited by the leading international food producers such as HEINZ, UNILEVER etc.
The plant is completed with the GMO control system in raw materials and finished products. We provide our customers with test reports confirming GMO absence in OMEGA products issued by the accredited laboratory if necessary.
We would like to stress that more than once our company has been given awards of the leading trade exhibitions and forums.In November 2007 OMEGA got the certificate in the competition «100 BEST RUSSIAN GOODS» and was rewarded with badge of honor «Superior Quality»!
