OMEGA Technical Center is intended for the blends’ creation, improvement and adaptation for the specific food product manufacturing. The application laboratory tests and approves blends and technical processes. The technologists of the company constantly work in the lab analyzing new ingredients and creating new formulas & receipts, elaborating the existing compositions to fit the customers’ preferences. Moreover, the technologists of our clients and dealers are also engaged in mutual researches and developments.
Technical Center’s - main activities are analysis, elaboration, application and servicing.
Analysis is based on the instrumental analysis in conjunction with the sensory evaluation.Blends elaboration — is carried out by our own specialists in the field of savoury, flavouring and functional ingredients under the regular monitoring of the European technologists and flavorists. We use the components of different producers along with the partial usage of the components synthesized by OMEGA plant.Application— is the developed blends testing, reacting and interacting in the finished products processing. At the present time, culinary and sausage divisions have started working. Servicing is the mutual work with customers’ specialists on blends improvement and tailoring for a specific production. 
OMEGA arranges seminars and trainings on the regular basis for the presentation of newly invented products, technical methods and tailored techniques for meat production using OMEGA blends.
R&D and Application lab’s specialists work out requirements specification basing on the finished product’s parameters indicated by a customer as well as in compliance with the particularities of its production.
We elaborate flavour and savoury blends building upon both our relevant experience and theoretical skills of basic active ingredients used in the food industry for taste and aroma creating of finished product and their synergism in food systems.
Today our assortment counts some hundreds of the recipes which have been successfully tested and they meet any refined requirement.
