The group of OMEGA’s companies was founded in 1994 and initially specialized in top - quality ingredients’ deliveries for the food industry in Russia and CIS countries. The building of our own plant for the production of the functional and savoury blends for the food industry was the next step in the Company’s development.
The OMEGA manufacturing plant was launched on June 6, 2003. Simultaneously a Research and Development Centre started to work and its laborious task was the creation of tailor-made composite blends to meet the individual requirements of customers. Today OMEGA is a sophisticated complex with automatic production certified according to the ISO 9001:2008 quality standards and the comprehensive product safety HACCP system. 
The plant comprises two research laboratories. It also should be noted that the manufacturing plant has been audited by the leading international and Russian food producers.
The beginning of 2006 was marked by another significant event — opening the OMEGA Technical Centre, which enables us to develop new functional and flavour blends, to analyze and study the ingredients interaction with each other and in food systems as well as to determine optimal ways of their application and to arrange trainings and seminars for our clients.
Recently, culinary and sausage divisions have been launched.
Since August 2006 all OMEGA functional, combined and flavour blends as well as marinades have been certified as free from any genetically modified objects (GMO). Our plant is equipped with the multistage quality control system which allows to monitor the GMO absence in incoming raw materials and finished products.
At the present time, the list of our products totals over 2500 items: Flavour, combined and functional blends for the various meat foods production; Marinades; Spice Oleoresins; Décor products; Snacks & Chips Blends; Processed cheese ingredients; Instant food & sauce complex blends..
All blends are created basing on the traditional tastes and preferences of the consumers in different Russian regions and CIS countries.
